Step to the West

The Step to the West Set Dancing weekend takes place this weekend in the Falls Hotel, Ennistymon from Friday, January 25th to Sunday, January 27th. The weekend comprises of workshops and céilithe. There will sessions before and after each céilí on Friday and Saturday night. 

Programme for the weekend is as follows:

Friday, January 25th

7.30 – 9.30pm: Music Session in Bar

10pm – 1am: Céilí with Johnny Reidy Céilí Band

1am – late: Music Session in Bar

Saturday, January 26th

2.30 – 5.30pm: Céilí with music by Abbey Céilí Band

7.30 – 9.30pm: Music Session in Bar with Ceol na Mara

10pm – 1am: Céilí with music by Swallows Tail Céilí Band

1am – late: Country/Social Dancing with Michéal Sexton

1am – late: Music Session in foyer with Ceol na Mara

Sunday, January 27th

2 – 5pm: Farewell Ceilí with Shandrum Céilí Band

5 – 7pm: Music Session in Bar
